What’s included in our ongoing advice service?

Annual Progress Check Meeting

Each year we will revisit your goals, objectives and circumstances so we can review your next actions for the following year. We provide a consolidated annual report covering the plans and investments within the scope of our advice. Written confirmation of ongoing suitability based on your objectives and risk appetite

Portfolio Monitoring

We monitor your pensions and investments throughout the year, rebalancing and making evidence-based changes when needed. This includes investment fund switch recommendations where this is suitable and beneficial. For NHS clinicians, we also consider how your investments sit alongside the NHS Pension and any other schemes you hold.

Tax Planning

We structure your finances to make smart use of ISAs, pensions and other allowances, while considering Capital Gains Tax, dividends and inheritance. For higher earners and those with complex schemes like the NHS Pension, we also factor in Annual Allowance, tapering and other key thresholds.

Support When Life Changes

When you face big decisions – like changing job, retiring, moving home or receiving an inheritance – we’re on hand to help. We redo the numbers, explain the trade-offs and guide you to a confident choice.

Trust and Communication

Your dedicated adviser is your single point of contact, coordinating all the moving parts so you don’t have to. You will have telephone and email contact to your adviser and wider support team between reviews. This includes ongoing administration support with third party providers.

Important: We can only confirm whether your plans and investments remain suitable after your annual Progress Check meeting. If you don’t attend a review, we won’t be able to provide that confirmation.

Additional Services: Where requested by you, we can also help with top-ups to your investments (advice, support and facilitation)

Yes. You can cancel by email or post. If fees are being taken from investments, we aim to stop them within 5 working days of receiving your instruction and arrange any overpayment refund from that point.

Your investments are protected under applicable financial regulations and safeguarded by authorised institutions.

We will do our best to investigate your concerns, look into things properly, and respond to you as quickly as we can. We will provide you with a summary of our complaints procedure when we acknowledge your complaint as well as on request.
